Randy Klezmer is the principal of Klezmer Maudlin. Randy has been practicing law since 1992 and has represented thousands of injured Indiana workers before the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Board. He also handles third party claims against those responsible for work related accidents, including the manufacturers of defective products and individuals and companies responsible for work related accidents. A native of Indianapolis, Randy graduated from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 1992, and was admitted to the Indiana Bar that same year. Employee groups frequently ask Randy to speak at seminars discussing the Indiana Worker’s Compensation system. Randy is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association and the Evansville Bar Association.

Nathan Maudlin has been an associate attorney with Klezmer Maudlin since July 2003. Nathan represents workers in claims arising out of workplace injuries including worker’s compensation claims, wrongful or retaliatory discharge claims and violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Nathan graduated cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 1995, and was admitted to the Indiana Bar later that same year. Nathan also represents the Town of New Harmony, Indiana. His memberships include the Indiana State Bar Association, the Evansville Bar Association and the Indiana Municipal Lawyers Association.

Natalie Fierek joined Klezmer Maudlin in May 2006. Natalie’s career in worker’s compensation began while serving as the Policy and Procedure Analyst for the Worker’s Compensation Board of Indiana. She is a graduate of Ball State University, summa cum laude, and the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis. She has been practicing law since 2004 and is licensed to practice in Indiana and Illinois. Natalie’s practice is focused on representing injured workers before the Worker’s Compensation Board of Indiana and on assisting claimants with their claims for disability benefits under Title II (“SSDI”) and Title XVI (“SSI”) of the Social Security Act. She is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyer’s Association, Indiana Worker’s Compensation Institute and the American, Indiana State and Allen County Bar Associations. Natalie is also a board member of the Tippecanoe Watershed Foundation and uLead.
